Axero supports a two-way sync between My Calendar and Microsoft Outlook. Once it's set up, events created in either one appear in the other automatically.
Changes you make in Axero are sent to Outlook when you save them. Changes made in Outlook reach Axero the next time the background sync runs, which is every 10 minutes by default. Refresh your calendar in Axero to see the latest updates.
Axero sends notifications for the following actions when they occur within Axero:
"An event you are attending is updated" and "An event time is changed" can't be turned off, for one person or for everyone. They ignore every notification preference and every site-level setting. Deactivating the two matching email templates stops the emails, but the in-app notices still appear. The other five follow each person's notification preferences.
Note: Actions completed in Outlook (such as accepting an invitation or editing an event) don't generate notifications in Axero, but the event data still syncs.
Outlook calendar sync starts with a one-time setup that an administrator does in Microsoft Entra, Microsoft's identity and access service. Then each user connects their own account from My Calendar, which takes about a minute.
For administrators, see the Outlook Calendar Sync Administrator Setup guide.
For users, see the Outlook Calendar Sync User Setup guide.
