Edit the Login page to change the layout, change the login type (email, username, or both), or rename fields. You can also remove non-essential fields, such as the Join now link that lets people register for an account.
You can set the login type to email, username, or both.
If your site sends people straight to an identity provider (the service your organization uses to manage sign-ins), they won't see the Axero login page when they visit your site. They'll see your provider's sign-in page instead. That happens with Single Sign-On (SSO) when SAML auto-login is turned on, and with a custom integration when an external login address is set up.
When your intranet doesn't use a single sign-on provider, people who aren't signed in see the Axero login page. They sign in with their username or email address and their password. Keep these three fields on the page, or nobody will be able to sign in:
Also, if your site has Two-Factor Authentication enabled, don't remove the "Enter Your Passcode" section.
