This guide explains how to connect your Microsoft Outlook calendar to Axero for bidirectional event sync. Once connected:
Important: A site administrator must complete the Outlook Calendar Sync Administrator Setup before you can connect your Outlook calendar.
Watch the video walkthrough or follow the steps below.
Note: Your personal default Outlook calendar is always included and cannot be deselected. Any additional calendars you select will sync alongside it.
"Default Outlook account has not been set up"
This error appears when creating an event before connecting your Outlook account. Follow the steps above to connect your account first.
Events are not syncing
Try disconnecting and reconnecting your Outlook account. If the issue persists, contact your site administrator to verify the Outlook Calendar Sync Administrator Setup is complete.
"You need admin approval"
This message means your site administrator has not yet granted admin consent for the Outlook integration. Contact your administrator and ask them to complete the Outlook Calendar Sync Administrator Setup.
Consent request is sent to the wrong organization
If you are signed into multiple Microsoft accounts in your browser, the consent request may be routed to the wrong tenant. Sign out of all Microsoft accounts, sign in with only your intended account, and retry the connection.
