At Axero, we're dedicated to identifying and resolving your top business needs and are consistently developing new features that enhance our platform. Our updates are strategically planned to incorporate user feedback and introduce innovations that improve your digital workspace.
To ensure your site benefits from the latest developments, we offer two types of updates:
General Release: This is the latest and most stable Axero version, constantly refined to address any issues reported by our customers. It is the recommended update for self-hosted installations, ensuring your platform benefits from the latest developments without compromising performance. If your site needs to be upgraded to the latest General Release, please contact our support team by opening a support case.
Limited Release: Issued after the latest General Release, this version includes features that are still being tested. While Limited Releases offer an early look at the newest features of the Axero platform, they are best suited for cloud-based deployments where we can closely monitor performance.
Follow our New Enhancements page to receive updates on the features included in each release.
If you need assistance with your on-premise upgrade, including having one of our team members guide you through the process, please contact your Client Success Manager for more information on our Enhanced Support options.
