Edit Page Builder Page | Axero Documentation

If you haven't used Page Builder yet, start with Create Page Builder Page.

To edit a Page Builder page:

1. Click the gear icon > Page Builder.
2. Next to a page, click the gear icon > Edit.
3. Make changes to the page.
4. Click Publish changes.

Note: When you change the URL of a Page Builder page, Axero automatically adds a permanent (301) redirect from the old URL to the new one, so links to the old address keep working. The redirect is an entry in URL Mapper, and it stays active after the change. So if you later publish a different page at the old URL, visitors are still sent to the renamed page, and the new page looks broken when nothing is wrong with it. To have the old address show new content, deactivate the entry in URL Mapper. The AddPageBuilderPageURLChangesToURLMapper system property controls the automatic redirect. It is on unless an administrator has turned it off, and old links return a 404 (page not found) only on a site where it is off.

Alternative Way

1. Open the Page Builder page.
2. Click the gear icon at the top right edge of the page.
3. Click Edit Page.
