The License Manager allows you to add a license key for a domain. You can also update a license key for a domain.
Note: Entering an incorrect license key will make the site inaccessible. If your site is inaccessible due to an incorrect license key, please submit a private case to the Axero team.
To obtain a license key, read Custom Domain Name in Domain Configuration .
Note: Banned users do not count towards the license user limit.
Your license is validated once a day. If your license is no longer active or if you're over your allowed users, you will see a red banner in the Control Panel as well as receive invalid license emails.
If you're over your allowed users, you can ban, deactivate, or delete active users to return under your allowed user count. The invalid license message will disappear the next time your license is validated (within 24 hours). To re-validate your license and make the invalid license message disappear immediately, go to Control Panel > System > Advanced System Utilities and restart the site. The site will stall for a few minutes while it restarts.
