Spaces are virtual workspaces that you can create for the different groups within your larger collaboration community. They allow you to organize teams, groups of people, and content. Creating spaces for specific groups enables you to organize information better, reduce clutter, improve communication, and encourage participation.
In the Control Panel, you can manage all spaces and space permissions.
Spaces can be sorted and filtered to help you quickly locate and manage them within your intranet. Sorting organizes spaces by name or creation date, while filtering allows you to refine results based on visibility, status, parent space, or a specific search term.
