You can customize which top-level roles receive notifications for contact requests. By default, site administrators and moderators receive these notifications, but you can modify this setting:
ContactRequest.All.RoleIDs
For more granular control, you can configure different email recipients based on the type of contact request. This allows you to route specific requests to the appropriate team members, even if they don't have administrator or moderator roles.
