Manage Space: Turn Workflow On or Off | Axero Documentation

A workflow consists of a series of moderation steps where content must be approved before it is published. Each step is assigned to a specific user role. Content remains inactive until it is approved by all required roles. Turn on workflow to enable moderation for a specific content type or its comments.

To turn workflow on or off:

1. From the space, click Manage Space > Workflow > Workflow Settings.
2. Set workflow to Yes or No for each content type.
3. Click Update Workflow Settings.

Note: Forum workflow is managed on an individual basis. To enable workflow for a specific forum, see Manage Space: Turn on Forum Workflow .
