A workflow consists of a series of moderation steps that require approval before content can be published. Each step is assigned to a specific user role. Content remains inactive until it is approved by all required roles in the workflow. Add a workflow to define the moderation steps that content must go through before it gets published.
Note: Ensure that workflow is activated for the specific content type under Manage Space > Workflow > Workflow Settings.
To add a workflow:
After adding all steps, click Save again to save the workflow.
