Space permissions let you control access to administrative actions for spaces. Control who can create, update, and delete spaces in the Control Panel. Secure your groups and content with space permissions.
To open this grid, click the gear icon > Control Panel > Content > Spaces, then click Permissions in the left sidebar.
There are two of these grids, and this is the site-level one. The permissions here are granted to site-level roles in the Control Panel and apply across every space. A second grid inside a space, reached through Manage Space > Permissions (Manage Space: Space Permissions), governs that space's own roles and applies only there. The two grids carry different permissions. This one covers Create, View, Feature, Admin View, Update All Spaces, Delete All Spaces and Manage Permissions, all of which act on spaces themselves. The space-level grid covers managing settings, personas and content inside a single space. Only View, Admin View and Manage Permissions appear on both, and setting one grid never changes the other.
