Create Sub Space | Axero Documentation

A sub space allows you to create hierarchy within a parent space. You can create sub spaces for smaller teams within your parent space, or create a sub space that is wholly dedicated to one particular task.

• Fill in a name and description for the space
• Select the type of space: Public or private
  Note Content permissions determine whether the content in a public sub space will appear in search or not. Content in a public sub space of a private space will not automatically be hidden from search. Content permissions must be updated in  - uncheck the Guest View permissions for content.
• Select member moderation
• Click Select File to upload an image to represent the space

Navigate to Your Sub Space

After you create your sub space, you can find the sub space in several areas: the Spaces dropdown menu in the navigation bar, the right hand side of the parent's Space Activity Stream , or a sub spaces list widget you add to your Page Builder page/homepage. In the example below, Employee Onboarding is a sub space of Human Resources.
