In the modal that opens, select the space you want to post to.

Add a video using one of the following methods:

• Upload: Upload a video file (mp4, webm, ogg, ogv, mov) from your computer. You can also add a featured image to accompany the video in the Activity Stream, which can be uploaded from your computer, albums, clipboard, or webcam. 

• Video URL: Share a video from YouTube, Vimeo, Metacafe, or Wistia
• Embed code: Paste a video embed code and upload a featured image that will appear beside the video in the Activity Stream. You can upload an image from your computer, album, clipboard, or webcam.
  Featured image suggested aspect ratio: 4:3

Fill in the required sections:

• Video title: The title of the video
• Summary: A summary that will appear beside the video in the Space Activity Stream 
• Entry body: A description of the video
• Category: The category the video falls under, dependent on the space you are posting to

Fill in optional sections:

• Author: Set an author to Ghostwrite Content 
• Add tags: Keywords that can help others find your video. Use spaces to separate tags. Use an underscore or dash to combine separate words into one tag (e.g., Vacation-Policy). Click to see Popular Tags and Tag Groups.
• Meta information (Meta title, Meta description): Information to help users find the video
• Attach files: Add files relevant to the video. Drag and drop files into the area, or click Select Files.
• Publication date: Set the video to publish at a particular time and date. If you enter a future date, you can access the video later in Manage Space or My Content .
  If you leave this section blank, the video will be published immediately.
  The time you enter is read in the personal Time zone preference of the account doing the saving, under Personal Settings > Preferences, not in the site's Localization Settings. When that preference is not set, which happens on sites that create accounts from an identity provider without mapping it, the time is stored as though it were already UTC and the video goes live hours early with no error. If you schedule on behalf of someone else, the time is read in your zone, not theirs.
• Expiration date: Set the video to expire at a particular time and date. Check Show content after expiration to make the video available after its expiration.

Check the options:

• Featured: Make the video a featured post in the space
• Required reading: Require users to mark the video as read
• Allow comments: Allow users to comment on the video
• Allow non-members comments: Allow users who are not logged in to comment
• Allow likes: Allow users to like the video and comment on the video
• Allow ratings: Allow users to rate the video and comment on the video
