Case project permissions control who can see, create, and manage case projects.

Case project permissions

Setting Case Project Permissions

  1. From the space, click Manage Space > Permissions.
  2. In the dropdown menu, select Case Project.
  3. Check or uncheck permissions.
  4. Click Save Changes.

Case Project Permissions

Permission Description
Create Allow the user to create case projects
View Allow the user to view case projects
Edit Allow the user to edit their case projects
Delete Allow the user to delete their case projects
Admin View Allow the user to access the Manage Space area for this content
This permission also allows the user to create case milestones
Update All Projects Allow the user to edit any case projects
Delete All Projects Allow the user to delete any case projects
Manage Permissions Allow the user to edit case project permissions
Note: Space administrators and site administrators can edit any permissions, whether they have this permission or not.
