Set a milestone on multiple cases at once to group related cases and keep them on track with due dates. A project can have several milestones.

Choose a project first. Set Milestone appears in the gear menu only after you filter the list to one project.

Click the filter icon

Check cases

Click the gear icon

Click Set Milestone

Select a milestone

Click Save

Alternative Way: Comment and Set Milestone
