Add a comment on content to provide feedback, ask questions, and start conversations. When you comment on content, you automatically Follow Content and will be notified when new comments are added or the content is updated.
You can enable the rich text editor for comments to allow people to use formatting and add images in comments.
Comments on content do not take file attachments. On a wiki page, article, blog, video, photo or idea, there is no way to attach a file to a comment. Attach it to the content item itself instead. Placing an image inline with the rich text editor is not the same thing: the image sits in the comment text, it is not a file anyone can download from there.
The inconsistency people notice is real. Wall posts and case comments do accept attachments; comments on content do not.
Comments appear oldest first, and that order is fixed. There is no setting to reverse it.
