Axero Copilot is an AI-powered assistant that helps users find information, answer questions, and navigate your intranet more efficiently. It uses natural language processing to understand user queries and provide relevant, contextual responses based on your organization's content.
Axero Copilot supports multiple display layouts, and each widget can be configured with one or more Axero Copilot profiles. This gives end users a unified interface to select the profile they want to chat with before starting a conversation.
The Inline layout displays Axero Copilot directly within the page content. Users can immediately start interacting with the assistant where the widget is placed. This layout is ideal for dedicated help pages or sections where you want the assistant to be prominently featured.
Example: Inline layout with one Axero Copilot widget and a single profile
You can add multiple Inline Axero Copilot widgets to the same page. Each widget can be configured with one or more Axero Copilot profiles, allowing users to select the profile they want to interact with before starting a conversation. Users see only the profiles they have permission to access, based on the Roles with Access settings in each Axero Copilot profile.
Example: Inline layout with two Axero Copilot widgets on the same page
A single Axero Copilot widget may include multiple profiles. When this setup is used, the widget displays a list of available profiles before the conversation begins, and the user can select which profile to interact with.
Example: Inline layout with one Axero Copilot widget configured with multiple profiles
The Floating Button layout displays Axero Copilot as a small button fixed in the corner of the page. When clicked, the assistant opens in a chat window that appears above the page content. This layout provides consistent access to Copilot without taking up space within the page layout.
Only one Floating Button Axero Copilot widget can be added per page. This widget also supports multiple Axero Copilot profiles within the same configuration, allowing users to select a profile before starting a conversation.
