Integrate conversational AI into your intranet. Manage AI profiles, send and receive messages programmatically, retrieve conversation records, and collect user feedback to improve model performance.

Available Endpoints

Method Endpoint Description
POST Axero Copilot Create Conversation /api/chatbot/chat Start a new Axero Copilot conversation or continue an existing one. The Copilot processes your input and responds using information available to the authenticated user. You can optionally specify a profile to customize the Copilot's behavior.
DELETE Axero Copilot Delete Feedback /api/chatbot/chat/{conversation_id}/response/{response_id}/feedback Deletes feedback previously submitted for a specific chatbot response within a conversation
GET Axero Copilot Get Conversation Records /api/analytics/copilot/conversations Enables administrators and developers to programmatically retrieve conversation records and analytics data with filtering options.
GET Axero Copilot Get Profiles /api/chatbot/profile Retrieve all Axero Copilot profiles accessible to the authenticated user. Only profiles whose configured roles include the current user are returned. Use this to discover available profiles before initiating conversations.
POST Axero Copilot Submit Feedback /api/chatbot/chat/{conversation_id}/response/{response_id}/feedback Submits feedback on a specific Axero Copilot response within an ongoing conversation. The feedback helps improve the accuracy and relevance in future responses.
