Axero Copilot Analytics shows administrators how people are using Axero Copilot. To open it, go to Control Panel > Analytics > Axero Copilot. Administrators can review activity, analyze feedback, and understand user behavior to improve Axero Copilot's answers.

Filtering

Administrators can narrow the report using the filters in the Axero Copilot Analytics dashboard. Filtering options include: 

• Person: Type a first or last name to filter data related to a specific user’s interactions with Axero Copilot.
• Bot Profile: Filter results by Axero Copilot profile name. Each row shows the profile icon and name, so it is clear which profile the person was chatting with.
• Question: Enter a keyword or question to display all interactions that contain the search term.
• Feedback: Filter interactions by user feedback to review helpful or unhelpful responses.

Sorting

The dashboard lists interactions newest first.

Timeframe

You can choose the specific timeframe you wish to analyze. By default, the report is set to Last 30 Days, but you can select a day, an entire month, the past 12 months, or a custom range based on your needs.

Download

The Axero Copilot Analytics dashboard allows you to download data for further analysis. Administrators can export the displayed report as a CSV file. The download reflects whatever filters are applied.

Session details

Administrators can review individual sessions to better understand how users interact with Axero Copilot.

Details

Click Details at the end of a row to open a panel where you can view:

• The full conversation between the user and Axero Copilot
• Any referenced content used in the responses
• Resolution Steps, which show how Axero Copilot processed the request and generated each answer

Session

Click Session at the end of a row to open a side panel with the complete session history. If a response was rated unhelpful, administrators can read the feedback to understand why.

• Question Asked: Overview of the questions posed by the user during the conversation.
• Answers Provided: Details of Axero Copilot's responses to those questions.
• Feedback Option: If a response is marked as unhelpful, administrators can review the feedback to understand why and read any additional user comments.
