How to Add an SSO Login Button | Axero Documentation

If you have configured your single sign-on (SSO) with the "SSO Login + Communifire Login" setting, you will need to add an SSO login button to your login page to enable SSO logins. That option is on the Single Sign On page under Control Panel > System > Single Sign On; its on-screen label still uses the platform's former name.

Note This applies to SAML-based single sign-on. The button only appears when SAML is enabled on your site. If you use a custom cookie-based integration instead, point people at your login page with the external login address setting described in Custom SSO Integration.

Follow the steps below to add an SSO login button to your login page.

1. Sign in to your Axero site as a site administrator.

2. Open the Control Panel and then select People > User Profiles.

3. Locate the Login page, click the gear menu to its right, and select Edit Page.
   

4. Double-click the Login to your account section to expand.

5. Click the Widgets tab.

6. Find the Button widget and drag it to a position below the Sign in button in your page layout.
   

7. Double-click the button widget to start editing.

8. Under Button text, enter a name for the button (for example, "Login via SSO").
   

9. Under Button type, select "Login via SAML."
   

10. Go to the Advanced tab and enter the following in the Custom CSS class field: btn btn-block
    

11. Click Save Widget to confirm your changes.
    

12. Click Publish Changes to apply your changes.
